The Detroit Disco Daddies:
The Detroit Disco Daddies are the dynamic husband-and-husband duo of Adam and Jerome Bell-Bastien, bringing together powerful live vocals, disco, comedy, fashion, dance, and an unapologetic celebration of individuality. Known for their larger-than-life personalities as AJ and Bookie, the Daddies have developed a live experience that feels less like a traditional concert and more like stepping into a full-blown disco fantasy. Their performances are rooted in joy, connection, and the belief that audiences should be able to walk into a room as themselves and leave feeling even more empowered to celebrate who they are.
Adam Bell-Bastien
Adam Bell-Bastien is an accomplished vocalist whose career has taken him from New York stages to some of the biggest platforms in contemporary vocal music. Before becoming a household name to many fans through his work with OneUp and the Detroit Disco Daddies, Adam had already established a relationship with the acclaimed a cappella group Home Free, contributing his talents to the group during its earlier years. In 2024, following Austin Brown's departure from Home Free, Adam officially joined the group as its newest full-time member, beginning a new chapter with the internationally touring vocal ensemble and making his Home Free debut at the Grand Ole Opry.
Jerome Bell-Bastien
Jerome Bell-Bastien is a powerhouse vocalist and seasoned performer whose career has included some of the most recognizable platforms in American entertainment. A Lubbock, Texas native, Jerome competed as a solo artist on American Idol, advancing through the early rounds before later continuing his journey as part of OneUp alongside Adam. He has also become a prominent vocalist with the acclaimed Back to the Eighties Show with Jessie’s Girl, performing alongside some of New York City's top vocalists and appearing at major venues across the country.
OneUp Duo & The Voice
Before becoming the Detroit Disco Daddies, Adam and Jerome captured national attention as OneUp Duo on Season 15 of NBC's The Voice. Their blind audition became a defining moment in their story when three coaches turned their chairs for their performance of The Spinners' “Could It Be I'm Falling in Love,” ultimately leading the couple to join Kelly Clarkson's team. Their time on The Voice introduced audiences across the country to their complementary voices, chemistry, and story as a couple, while opening doors to touring, national performances, Pride events, and further opportunities throughout the entertainment industry. OneUp later developed into a nu-disco project, releasing original music and performing across the country before the evolution of their artistic identity ultimately led to the Detroit Disco Daddies.

Rebekah Ruyle:
Rebekah Ruyle is an Oklahoma City-based singer-songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer whose artistry is built around honesty, emotion, and genuine musicianship. From performing at a young age to developing her own catalog of deeply personal music, Rebekah has consistently used songwriting as a way to translate real experiences into something listeners can feel and understand. Her music blends elements of acoustic pop, alternative, R&B, and singer-songwriter traditions while maintaining an unmistakably personal voice.
What makes Rebekah particularly compelling as an artist is the authenticity behind her music. Her songwriting frequently explores vulnerability, relationships, isolation, growth, and the complicated emotions that come with being human, with songs such as “Left Out” turning personal experiences into stories that listeners can recognize in their own lives. She is also a multi-instrumentalist who has demonstrated her musicianship both as a vocalist and drummer, including through her work with The Wavelength, while continuing to develop her own solo sound.
Today, Rebekah continues building her career as an independent artist through new music, collaborations, live performances, and an expanding audience. Her recent releases include “enough,” “seconds,” “and then some,” and “by now,” while her work has also appeared on collaborations including “Fight Night” and “Made of Glass.” As part of The Rumors Are True World Tour, Rebekah represents exactly the kind of artist the tour was built to showcase: exceptional talent, genuine artistry, and a voice that deserves to be heard beyond follower counts and industry expectations.
