Firm Acquisition Team

About the Role

JUS Official Services is seeking a Firm Acquisition Team Member to help identify and develop relationships with businesses, agencies, independent firms, and private or solo talent managers who may be interested in joining the JUS ecosystem.

You will research potential opportunities, connect with business owners and managers, introduce approved JUS acquisition and affiliation structures, and refer qualified opportunities to company leadership for further evaluation.

Potential structures may include operating under JUS, strategic affiliation, lease-to-own arrangements, earn-in structures, staged acquisitions, or other approved acquisition models.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities

• Find businesses, agencies, and independent talent managers that may be a strong fit for JUS

• Conduct professional outreach and establish relationships

• Explain JUS's approved acquisition and affiliation opportunities

• Qualify potential opportunities and gather preliminary information

• Maintain accurate prospect and communication records

• Refer qualified opportunities to JUS leadership

• Help develop long-term relationships with potential acquisition candidates

• Professional and confident communicating with business owners

• Comfortable with networking and outreach

• Strong at researching businesses and identifying opportunities

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Interested in business development, acquisitions, entrepreneurship, or talent management

• Able to represent JUS professionally and accurately

Previous business development, sales, acquisitions, talent management, recruiting, or entrepreneurship experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
