JUS Official Services is seeking Booking Agents to help identify, develop, and secure professional opportunities for the talent represented within the JUS ecosystem.
Booking Agents work directly with venues, promoters, festivals, event organizers, businesses, brands, production companies, and other potential clients to identify opportunities that align with our talent's careers, availability, audiences, and professional goals.
The role involves building relationships, generating booking opportunities, coordinating inquiries, and working with JUS leadership and talent management teams to move qualified opportunities through the booking process.
Research and identify potential booking opportunities
Find venues, festivals, promoters, businesses, organizations, and event producers
Develop professional relationships with booking decision-makers
Conduct outreach regarding available JUS talent
Present talent to appropriate opportunities
Identify opportunities for performances, appearances, speaking engagements, events, tours, corporate functions, and other engagements
Receive and help manage booking inquiries
Gather important event and booking information
Maintain accurate booking and prospect records
Coordinate communications between potential clients, talent, and JUS
Refer qualified opportunities for further review and approval
Help develop recurring and long-term booking relationships
Assist with booking schedules and opportunity tracking
The ideal candidate is:
Professional and confident communicating with venues, promoters, and businesses
Comfortable with networking, outreach, and relationship building
Strong at researching and identifying opportunities
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interested in entertainment, live events, talent management, music, performing arts, or business development
Able to understand and communicate the strengths of different types of talent
Able to represent JUS and its talent professionally and accurately
Previous experience in booking, talent management, entertainment, event production, sales, business development, artist relations, or venue operations is preferred but not necessarily required.
Depending on the talent and their approved opportunities, Booking Agents may assist with:
Concerts and performances
Festivals
Private events
Corporate events
Speaking engagements
Conventions and conferences
Brand activations
Promotional appearances
Community events
Tours and multi-city engagements
Creator and influencer appearances
Other approved professional engagements
Booking Agents are responsible for identifying, developing, and coordinating opportunities. They may not independently guarantee a booking, promise compensation, finalize contractual terms, approve an engagement, or execute legally binding agreements on behalf of JUS Official Services unless specifically authorized in writing.
All bookings remain subject to appropriate company, talent, contractual, scheduling, and operational approval.
