Acquisition Team

About the Role

JUS Official Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Member to help identify, research, and develop relationships with talented individuals who may be a strong fit for the JUS ecosystem.

You will discover emerging and established talent, connect with artists and creators, introduce approved JUS services and opportunities, and refer qualified prospects to the appropriate JUS team for further evaluation and potential representation.

JUS works with a diverse range of talent, including musicians, performing artists, fine artists, content creators, influencers, actors, models, cosplayers, streamers, and other creative professionals.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential talent for JUS

• Discover emerging and established artists, creators, and entertainers

• Conduct professional outreach and establish relationships

• Introduce qualified prospects to JUS and its services

• Learn about a prospect's career, goals, needs, and current opportunities

• Qualify potential talent and gather preliminary information

• Maintain accurate prospect and communication records

• Refer qualified talent to JUS leadership for further review

• Help develop long-term relationships with prospective clients

• Identify talent who may benefit from JUS's management, booking, marketing, sponsorship, design, development, or other services

• Professional and confident communicating with artists and creators

• Comfortable with networking and outreach

• Good at discovering new and emerging talent

• Strong at researching people and their work

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Interested in talent management, entertainment, music, business development, or the creator economy

• Able to represent JUS professionally and accurately

Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent management, entertainment, artist relations, sales, marketing, business development, or creator management is preferred but not necessarily required.
